AI-Generated UGC Video Ads for Local Business Marketing

We are looking for a creator experienced with generative AI video and image tools (e.g. Seedance, Veo, Kling, Nano Banana or similar) to produce a batch of UGC-style video ads for our local business clients, including driving schools. Deliverables include 5-8 short vertical video ads (15-30s) for Instagram Reels/TikTok, using AI-generated actors or stock footage blended with AI b-roll, plus matching thumbnail images. We will provide brand guidelines, a few reference ads, and target audience notes per client.
